the Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver, Thursdays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Registration: You may register in advance
by sending a check to Leslie Bradley at 125 Estes St. Lakewood, CO 80226. You may also register before the first class. Classes are ongoing, you may begin at any time. The beginner classes are designed to work with you on the basics, no matter when you start. For more info call Leslie at 303-237-4776

What to wear: Wear loose-fitting or stretchy clothing that you can easily move in. We work barefoot and it is important to have a relatively empty stomach. Layer clothing so that you’ll be comfortable for a variety of temperatures and intensity of practices.

Props: ?Yoga props are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat.
