We present a variety of special yoga workshops that provide unique opportunities to deepen your practice, learn about particular subjects, and study with reknowned teachers from outside the Denver area.

Senior teacher workshops: From time to time we present multi-session weekend workshops with advanced Iyengar yoga teachers visiting the Denver area. These workshops are an excellent opportunity to learn from highly skilled teachers with different insights and backgrounds. Such teachers have included Gabriella Giubilaro from Italy, Rajiv and Swati Chanchani from India, and Nancy Stechert from Hotchkiss, Colorado.

Topical workshops: We offer single-session topical workshops focusing on particular categories of poses, e.g. backbends; addressing certain physical conditions or parts of the body, e.g. knees or immune system problems; or linked to a season of the year, e.g. our annual New Year's Day workshop.

Teacher Training workshops: While these workshops are obviously geared toward aspiring and practicing yoga teachers, certain sessions also provide a chance for advanced students to go deeper into yoga practice, philosophy, anatomy, and related areas.
